Actor Dhanush's brother and Director Selvraghavan's wife Gitanjali Raman announced that they are eagerly expecting their third baby in January 2021. 

Actor Selvaraghavan married Gitanjali Raman on 19 June 2011, daughter of former Advocate General of Tamil Nadu P. S. Raman. Gitanjali had worked as his assistant director in Mayakkam Enna. The couple have a daughter named Leelavathi born on 20 January 2012, and a son born on 7 October 2013 named Omkar.

Gitanjali Raman is a relative to Actress Vidyullekha Raman, also known as Vidyu Raman daughter of Mohan Raman started her acting in Tamil with Neethaane En Ponvasantham movie directed by Gautham Vasudevv Menon in 2012. Vidyulleka Raman has recently got engaged with Entrepreneur Sanjay. Vidyu Raman has also acted many movies in Telugu apart from her performance in Tamil. She is known for her roles in films like Maharshi, Venky Mama in Telugu. 

She looked very happy and the same reflects in the beautiful photos of her with Sanjay which she shared in her social media page. It was a private affair attended by close friends and family members. 

Vijay TV started to show advertisement to announce the launch of Big Boss Season 4. Kamalhassan is continue to host the Big Boss Season 4 in Tamil. He had hosted all the previous 3 versions in Tamil with Vijay TV. This program is expected to start by the end of this month.  This show is Tamil Version of the famous reality show program- Big Boss as a follow up of the Big Brother format developed in the Netherlands by Endemol. 

The program was planned to launch by June 2020. But due to the Covid 19 pandemic, this has been delayed. The guess on the artists for this grand season 4 is on the air for quite a some time. 

In the previous three versions of the Big Boss Program in Tamil, Actor Aarav, Actress Rythvika and Muken Rao bagged the winners. 

While Thalapathi Vijay's film Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj is expected to be released soon, the speculation is high on the air that Thalapathi Vijay's next film ( Thalapathi 65) will be directed by Director AR Murugadoss. It is said to be that Sun Pictures will be producing this film. In the past Director AR Murugadoss directed Vijay in the films- Kathi, Thuppakki and Sarkar. 

The official confirmation on Thalapathi 65 is yet to be awaited on this.

Actor Vijayakanth who is fondly referred as Captain and Puratchi Kalaignar is celebrating his 69th birthday on 25th August 2020. 

Captain Vijayakanth who is taking rest at his home has shared a family photo in his social media page that was taken during his birthday.

He is known for his simplicity and the generous philanthropic activities to the public. Born in 1952 at Madurai he entered into the Tamil film Industry through the film Innikkum Ilamai 1979. Having acted many films in Tamil, he was also served as a President to South Indian Artistes' Association which is popularly known as Nadigar Sangam. During his regime, he did many programs abroad to settle the loans to Nadigar Sangam. 

Floated Desiya Murpokku Dravidar Kazhagam (DMDK) a political party in 2005. During the 2006 Tamilnadu State Assembly elections, it won 29 of the 41 seats contested making it as the second largest party in Tamil Nadu next only to its ally ADMK pushing DMK to third position. Thus, the party became the official opposition party with Vijayakanth becoming the opposition leader. The large victory also earned recognition and a permanent election symbol from the election commission.

The leaders wished Vijayakanth on his birthday and wished him healthy and long life.

Actress Miya George is set to tie the knot. The actress in her social media shared the pictures with her fiance Ashwin Philip. She got engaged with Ashwin Philip on 30 May 2020 during the lockdown and the function was attended by the close family relatives. They have decided to have the marriage in September 2020 and to invite the cine stars if the Covid 19 situation becomes normal.
